Yes, for the work itself. Typing and conversion run on your PC and your text never leaves it. The licence is activated online once, then checks in about once a day. If the computer is offline it keeps working for five days before it asks for a connection.
No. A key activates on one PC and is refused anywhere else, and the attempt is logged with the PC name and IP address. If you replace the machine, tell us and we move the licence across in a minute.
