Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the TextSoft website and software. By using our website or purchasing our software, you agree to these Terms.

TextSoft is sold as a one-time, device-bound licence for a single user unless otherwise agreed in writing. The licence grants you the right to use the software; it does not transfer ownership or intellectual-property rights.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, reverse-engineer, or tamper with the software or its licensing. Licences are hardened against tampering, and unauthorised use may result in the licence being disabled.

Prices are shown in Indian Rupees and are exclusive of GST. GST at the applicable rate is added at checkout. The licence fee is ₹4,999 and the total payable including 18% GST is ₹5,899. A GST tax invoice is provided for each purchase.

Your purchase includes updates and support for the first year. After one year, Annual Maintenance Charges (AMC) may apply to continue receiving updates and priority support.

You agree to use TextSoft lawfully and not to misuse the website or software, interfere with its operation, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems.

The software and website are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the software or website.

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our website or software after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
