TextSoft is a one-time-purchase software product delivered digitally. This policy explains when refunds and cancellations are available. Please read it before purchasing.

We encourage you to review the features, supported operating systems and FAQ, and to reach out with any questions, so you can be confident TextSoft fits your needs before purchasing.

If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the software and our team is unable to resolve it, you may be eligible for a refund within 7 days of purchase.

Because licences are activated per device, refunds are considered only where the licence has not been misused and, where possible, the licence is deactivated.

Refunds are generally not available where the software works as described and the request is due to change of mind, incorrect purchase, or lack of use, or where there is evidence of tampering or licence abuse.

As TextSoft is a one-time purchase (not a subscription), there is no recurring billing to cancel. For custom or bulk orders, cancellation terms are as agreed in your specific quote.
